Most Succulents are slow growing and will be happy in their new home for years to come .For those that may outgrow their space. There are a few options. Most will conform to your globe (which is a cool effect), while others may try to find their way out the front.
Depending on the plant, You can either trim it back, perhaps propagating the trimmed pieces, and transplant it into something bigger, and replace it with another. Succulents are amazingly resilient to being transplanted. Always remember to root your plants, use well draining soil, and allow a min of 1 week to allow the roots to calouse over before watering.
